Delicious Monster (not affiliated with del.icio.us) takes visual browsing one step further than Library Thing, itself an improvement on various visual browsing systems for iTunes. When combined with a barcode scanner, the program will recognize and organize any modern book, music, movie, or videogame: "within seconds the item's cover appears on your digital shelves filled with tons of in-depth information downloaded from one of six different web sources from around the world."
