CINCINNATI (AdAge.com) -- The refusal of record numbers of consumers to participate in surveys has become such a problem that 30 of the nation's top market research executives gathered in Chicago on Sept. 28 to discuss "opinion fatigue." They were told that 50% of all survey responses now come from less than 5% of the population.
